The 27th Logicom Cyprus Marathon is
scheduled for Sunday, 9th March 2025.
Start Times are:
- Marathon: 07:30 hrs (Time Limit: 6 hours)
- Half Marathon: 08:30 hrs (Time Limit: 3 hours)
- 10 KM Road Race: 8:45 hrs (Time Limit: 2 hours)
- 5 KM Fun Run: TBC (Time Limit: 1:15 hour)
Minimum age for event entry
- Marathon: 18 years on race day
- Half marathon: 16 years on race day
- 10km Road Race: 12 years on race day
- 5 KM Fun Run: 7 years on race day
Medical Support
The Cyprus Association of Sports Medicine will offer full medical support throughout the event. Post-race physiotherapy care/advise will also be offered for those athletes needing such treatment.
The course will be covered by Ambulances & Doctors.
All participants are strongly encouraged to take out suitable personal cover for injury, damage or loss of equipment. The organisers will not be liable for such incidents as a result of either participation in, or attendance at the event.
Weather
The average temperature in March in Paphos is 14°C with lowest temperature being 9°C and highest 20°C. Humidity is low.
Time Limits & Rules
A 6 hour time limit will be imposed on the Logicom Cyprus Marathon event and a 3 hour limit for the Logicom Cyprus Half-Marathon. The event will be conducted in accordance with the Cyprus Amateur Athletics Federation (KOEAS), and the International Amateur Athletic Federation (IAAF) rules.
Finish Line Services
After the finisher’s medal, ample quantities of beer, bananas, electrolyte and mineral water will be offered free of charge at the finish line.
