The roads of Pafos are expected to be “flooded” with more than 2,000 runners who will participate in the 19th edition of the Logicom Cyprus Marathon, to be held on Sunday 5th March 2017. The colourful river of runners from more than 35 nationalities, will start from Petra tou Romiou where according to a myth, it’s the birthplace of the goddess of love and beauty, Aphrodite. The finish line is located at the historic Pafos Medieval Castle Square!
Parallel to the Marathon race there will be a Half Marathon (21,098 meters) a 10 km Road Race and a 5 km Fun Run.
Pafos, apart from being a popular touristic destination is also a captivating blend of culture, history and stunning natural beauty.
